What counts as an emergency?
Difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, heavy bleeding, suspected poisoning, trauma, and straining to urinate are all emergencies.
Should I call before I come?
Yes if you can, so the team is ready. Do not delay travelling if your pet is in danger.
What about outside opening hours?
